Horse Trailer Bar Base Rate

Stetson, our signature horse trailer bar, has a base rate of $1000.

The base rate includes:

Use of the Stetson horse trailer bar
Bar setup one hour before the event and full breakdown and cleanup after
General and liquor liability insurance
Travel within 50 miles
Up to 4 hours of bartending service
One professional bartender
Custom bar menu
Basic bar decor to complement your event

Additional bartenders are required for larger events. One additional bartender is added for every 50 guests at $50 per hour.

Alcohol is not included. Host must provide all alcohol.

Per Person Service Pricing

In addition to Stetson’s base rate, a per person service fee is required. Choose the service level that fits your event.

Bartender Only Service

Our bartender only service is available for Denver events that need professional bartenders without the full horse trailer mobile bar setup.

Already have a bar? We can show up with certified bartenders or bring everything except the alcohol. We can provide cups, ice, mixers, garnishes, decor and more. You choose what you need and we will handle the rest.

One certified bartender can serve up to 50 guests. For events with more than 50 guests, an additional bartender is required at $50/hour.

Additional Hours $100/hr

4 hours is included with every package. Additional hours can be purchased at the rate of $150/hr.

Additional MIleage $2.50/mi

We travel for free up to 50 miles from Denver, Colorado. For every mile after that, we charge $2.50 per mile.

Additional Bartender $50/hr
