Our offerings go beyond beer, wine, and specialty cocktails – we also serve mocktails to fully accommodate to every event and can transform our trailer into a Margarita or Mimosa bar.

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event. The date will only be reserved upon the receipt of your signed contract and deposit. Be sure to review our cancellation policy outlined in the contract before booking.

The trailer measures 8 feet in height, 7 feet in width, and 11 feet in length.

In order to safely unhitch, we need a flat surface and an easily accessible area that can accommodate the trailer dimensions. The space needs to be easy enough to drive into and wide enough to allow us to turn the trailer when it’s time to go home. 

If needed, we may ask you or your venue coordinator to provide pictures of the location. 

If your venue is located in a public location, please note that the client or your venue coordinator is responsible for getting and paying for necessary permits. 

Our team works hard to give you a great experience, so we appreciate any tips. If you don’t want us to display a tip jar, we will add a 20% gratuity to your invoice.

As a business that serves alcohol, we are responsible for ensuring that all patrons are of legal age. Therefore, we kindly request that our customers have a valid ID on hand in case we need to verify their age. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or causing disturbance to other guests or our staff. Thank you for understanding that these measures are in place for the safety and well-being of everyone visiting our establishment.

Stetson runs off a battery with a a lifespan of 6-8 hours, but it’s beneficial to have access to an outlet that we can plug into, if needed. 

Our trailer comes equipped with a 100 ft extension cord that can be utilized for connecting to a 120v outlet.

If your desired location does not have access to electricity within 100ft, we offer a portable inverter generator which can be added to your package. Please note that this convenience comes at an additional charge that will be provided to you with your quote.

We will cleanup our bar area and any messes made by us. Cleanup of bottles, cans, and cups after the event will be the responsibility of the client or the venue.

Our space is limited inside the trailer and we do not have to capacity to collect or dispose or trash.

We accept most credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash, and check. Credit card processing fees apply.
