Meet Stetson

Our 1973 horse trailer, Stetson, combines strength and charm. At 8’ tall, 7’ wide, and 11’ long, he’s built to impress.

All packages start at a base rate of $1000 in addition to per person costs.

*Alcohol is not included

All base pricing includes 4 hours of service, 60-90 minutes of set-up/tear-down time, trailer rental, bartenders, decor, and travel up to 50 miles from Denver, Colorado. The following items are also included:

Packages below are for a guest count of 0-225. For guest counts of 225+ plus, please inquire.

For parties under 50, please contact us for special pricing.

While we’ve curated an impressive selection of packages, we recognize that they may not suit every occasion. If none align with your event requirements, feel free to reach out for a personalized package – “We bring the bar to you!”

Bartender Only or Full Set Up - Your Choice

Already have a bar? We can show up with just certified bartenders or bring everything but the alcohol. We can bring the cups, ice, mixers, garnishes, decor and more. You choose what you need and we’ll handle the rest.

One certified bartender can serve up to 50 guests. For events with more than 50 guests, an additional bartender is required at $50/hour.

Additional Hours $100/hr

4 hours is included with every package. Additional hours can be purchased at the rate of $150/hr.

Additional MIleage $2.50/mi

We travel for free up to 50 miles from Denver, Colorado. For every mile after that, we charge $2.50 per mile.

Additional Bartender $50/hr

Additional bartender per every 50 guests.

A signature cocktail is a custom drink made just for your event—tailored to your taste, theme, or vibe.

Whiskey Barrel Bar $150

We now also offer a whiskey barrel with drink dispenser for infused water, tea, lemonades, and other beverages!
